Payment Ground Rules

  1. Your payment must be received in advance, by the first of each month (unless otherwise arranged in advance).
  2. Please make checks payable to Laura A. Friedman.
  3. Payments received later than 10 day past the due date must include a late payment fee. Client agrees to the following late payment schedule:
    • $25 – received more than 7 days past the due date
    • $50 – received more than 14 days past the due date
    • $75 – received more than 21 days past the due date
    • $100 – received more than 30 days past the due date
    • $100 + $1/day – received more than 60 days past the due date
  4. 30-day notice must be provided to cancel any Coaching Program. Some Coaching Programs are non-refundable.
  5. Client pays for any long distance charges.

Coaching Ground Rules

  1. Client calls the coach at the scheduled time ~ Coaching phone is 817-913-5050 (unless otherwise notified in advance).
  2. If you need to reschedule your coaching session, please give me at least a 4-hour notice.  If you have an emergency, we’ll work around it.
  3. You may call me between our calls/sessions if you need a little coaching, are stopped, or can’t wait to share a success with me.   I do have time between our regular calls/sessions to speak with you, if needed.   I enjoy providing this extra level of service and I do not bill for additional time of this type.   I usually ask you to keep the extra calls to 5-10 minutes, please.
  4. If I say or do something that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up.   I promise to empower you and do what is necessary to have you be satisfied.
  5. I give homework:  I ask that you come up with three goals, actions, or accomplishments to have between coaching calls.   If it is too much, say so.  If you want more, just ask.

Individual or Group Coaching

  1. Individual Coaching*:  Coaching in-person or over the telephone – usually 3-4 times per month – 6 month minimum.
  2. Group Coaching*:  Coaching 2-7 people at a time – in-person or over the telephone – usually 2 calls per month / 60 minutes each (pre-scheduled during the 1st and 2nd week of the month) – 6 month minimum.   There is an additional fee for a private 30-minute call during the 2nd week.
  3. In-Person Coaching available for local clients only.

CyberCoaching

  1. CyberCoaching*: Coaching by email, usually no more than once or twice per day.  You can expect a 1-day response, Monday through Friday.   Six month minimum.

Facilitator/Speaker

  • Facilitator/Speaker for groups of people or work teams. Available for all-day, half-day, and multiple day sessions, or luncheons. Will coordinate in advance with you or provide a pre-designed outline/topic.

Team Building

  • For work teams or small companies. Available for all-day, half-day, and multiple day sessions, or luncheons. Will coordinate in advance with you or provide a pre-designed outline/topic.

Vision/Mission Statement

  • For individuals, groups of people, work teams or small companies. Available for all-day or half-day sessions to create a Vision and/or Mission Statement that is aligned with your commitments and empowers you in your everyday life. Will coordinate in advance with you or provide a pre-designed outline/topic.
